Heavy Duty Swift 14-1:
Our Heavy Duty Swift is a commercial grade unit and can accommodate
skeins up to 80" (greater than 2 yards and 2 meters). This standard unit is
a Table Mount system and can be used with our optional floor stand. This
unit can be easily converted to a Skein-winder by adding the Skein-Winder
kit. It can also be motorized by adding our optional motor drive kit.

Heavy Duty Skein-winder 14-2:
Our Heavy Duty Skein-winder is based on our swift design but adds a few
additional features: our Electronic Rotation Counter™ and metal bracket with tilt
mechanism, a magnetic switch for the counter, a special yarn guide
for floor mounted yarns (on cones, balls, etc.), and a 10'
fiberglass tape measure for measuring unusual skein sizes. This unit
can be floor mounted with the optional floor stand and motorized
with the optional motor drive kit. Additional add-ons are planned
including triple yarn guide posts for making 3 skeins at a time.
All add-ons will be backward compatible.

Heavy Duty Motorized Skein-winder 14-12:
Our Heavy Duty Motorized Skein-winder is based on our swift and
skein-winder products and includes a powerful DC gearmotor and high end motor control system. Can
also be controlled from either the ERC or the EYM counters. Shipments begin
October 2011. Has 10 speeds forward plus reverse and a special Jog
(slower) speed mode. Speed savings can be saved. The ERC and EYM can be
used to automatically turn the motor drive off when a specified quantity
of yarn has been measured. The Triple skein-winder option can be used with this unit. It
can then wind over 1,100 yards per minute (380*3). Floor stand is
optional. This price is based on the basic table top model.

Floor Stand$139.00 -
Floor Stand 14-3: All Hardwood construction. Our optional floor
stand can accept both Swifts and Skein-winder units. Our innovative
"socket" design allows the user to simply remove their swift or
skein-winder from the table mount socket and transfer it to the floor
stand. It is stabile enough to hold the main unit and not tip or lean
while in use. The stand will also hold either unit even if they are
motorized. The floor stand includes an integrated yarn guide with
a built-in tensioner for feeding floor mounted cone yarn to the Skein-winder. A
special Triple yarn guide for the floor stand can be added for when the
Triple Yarn Guide System is used.
ERC
Electronic Rotation Counter - 2 models 2-9:
This counter is used on our Skein-winder to measure yarn being wound into
skeins. It is the most advanced counter of its type available for
commercial and consumer use.
For existing Skein-winders $199.99 (this is for the original skein-winder units
that came with the small counter and already have the bracket installed)
For Swift upgrades $219.99 includes metal bracket
Yarn Guide (Table Mount) $15.00 -
Yarn Guide (table mount) 14-4:
The small yarn guide, which is table mounted, allows the user to feed
yarn from the floor area from a cone or ball or other device to the
Skein-winder. It securely clamps to the table top and is placed
either to the left or right side of the Skein-winder's arm span.
Includes a stainless steel wireform, hardwood clamp base, and our
standard table clamp system.
Motor Drive Kit
Motor Drive Kit for our Swift and Skein-winder 14-5:
Both our Swift and Skein-winder can be motorized by means of this
optional kit. The kits consists of a DC Gearmotor, Electronics
Control box, 2 pulleys, 2 belts, a heavy duty steel bracket,
AC/DC Power Supply and a control panel for controlling the unit.
