• Do not buy anything else when buying a gift certificate. Keep it on an individual order to avoid postage charges.
• You may buy a certificate in any dollar value that you wish. Simply specify a quantity of dollars that you want to give. In other words, if you purchase a qty of 20 units, that would equate to a $20.00 gift certificate.
• At the end of the purchase, you will be able to download a gift certificate form which is an Adobe PDF document.
• After downloading the certificate, you can then Fill it in on your computer (the fill-in sections of the form are editable if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader). You can also print it out and then fill it in manually.
• You must assign the Gift Certificate number to the form. Please insert the Order Number from your email receipt for your purchase as the Gift Certificate #.
• You can email the document after completing and saving it on your hard drive. Or you can print it out and give it to someone.
• When your gift recipient receives the certificate, they can either redeem it online at our website or they can call us and place their order that way. They can purchase more than the certificate is worth provided they cover the difference with their credit card. Instructions are provided for them so you do not have to remember how to redeem it!
• Sales tax will be added to your purchase if you live in North Carolina. Your gift recipient will have to pay postage as well as sales tax (on the excess) when they redeem the certificate.
• Be sure to select SHIP VIA - Gift Certificate during checkout. That way you will not be charged for postage.
