- Knit-Kards™

- We invented
Knit-Kards in the
late 1990's and they have been a critical component of many
knitter's tool chests / libraries ever since.
Hundreds of thousands of
Knit-Kards have
been sold
What are they?
They are plastic reference Kards that measure 3-5/16" x 5-1/4".
They are extremely durable and can stand up to years of use and
abuse. What do they contain?
A wealth of knitting and fiber information.
Nancy invented them based on her need to have ready-access to
knitting and fiber information available to perform various fiber
tasks.
Over the years, she wrote the contents of the Knit-Kards from
both things that she learned and things that she developed. These were
items that
were typically and easily forgotten by most knitters.
The information was, in many cases, reference information but in
a portable and easily understood format.
Some of the content was developed from scratch. Other data was
refined from info that was already in the public domain.
But after you see and use the information you will agree that it
represents a solid understanding of the subject matter.
When you carry our Knit-Kards in your knitting bag, you will have the
equivalent of a large library of information that could only
otherwise be accessed by toting around a large number of books.
You will wonder how you ever got along without them!
Each set comes with a key ring so you can pout all 14 Kards and
our Needle Gauge
on the ring..
Some Kards can be written on with a pencil to record your data:
